Prima Mano has intense jammy plum and raspberry flavours, a black cherry scented nose, and a long, persistent sweet fruit finish with excellent purity. Modern in style, it nevertheless retains a very Italian identity, with a characteristic bitter twist on the finish.
Perfect with Osso Bucco and other Italian meat dishes.
Good depth of ruby red with touches of garnet, the Salice Salentino is intensely perfumed, with aromas of cherries and plums, overlaid with perfumes of Mediterranean herbs, particularly thyme and rosemary. Full bodied, with lovely balance between youthful exuberance and rounded, ripe tannins.
Deeply coloured and exuberant on the nose, with perfumes of ripe, red fruit, especially raspberries and a spicy, smoky edge from the oak ageing. On the palate it is youthful and full-bodied, with great balance between ripe, rounded fruit characters including blackberry and blueberry, sweet, toasty oak and ripe, full tannins.
A bright, deep ruby colour, with intense varietal fruit balanced by toasty oak. The wine has a fragrant nose of strawberry and red berry aromas. On the palate, plum, raspberry and cranberry flavours are complemented by hints of spice and oak.
