Intense black cherry in colour with great depth of red fruit and eucalyptus on the nose, giving way to roasted coffee and caramel notes. Excellent structure with supple, ripe tannins and plenty of soft fruit on the palate. The suppleness of the Merlot acts as a foil to the more structured Cabernet which in turn, adds richness to the aromatic and delicate tempranillo.
Roast lamb with rosemary and garlic.
Intense blackberry colour. Spicy and intense nose, with liquorice and black pepper hints on a base of well ripened fruits (blackberry and cherry). On the palate, very fruity at first with ripened tannins, also persistent and full bodied.
Deep garnet in colour. Typical Ribera notes of cassis, menthol and hung meat which continues onto a weighty, mouth-filling palate with considerable structure and complexity. A robust wine which is at it's best with food.
Deep purple in colour with a complex nose of intense mocha, cranberry and cassis aromas. In the mouth it displays a meaty structure, with plenty of ripe, dark berry fruit, a good balance and a very long finish.
