A warm, ripe, generously flavoured wine packed with fruity aromas reminiscent of ripe plums and blueberries. The palate is rich and spicy with plenty of black fruit, warmth and a substantial finish.
Deep coloured and still young on the rim, the 2007 Azamor is powerful and aromatic, with perfumes of plums, chocolate and a touch of very ripe blackcurrants. On the palate the wine is robust and chunky, with tremendous structure, packed with ripe, rich fruit and a lovely spicy sheen from the French and American oak ageing. Long and fruity right through to the finish.
Good depth of colour, with attractive aromas of dark fruit on the nose. On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied with plenty of ripe dark fruit characters which are in excellent balance with the soft, rounded tannins.
