Delicate pink colour , with aromas of strawberry jam . Exceptionally easy going, with soft red fruit on the palate and balanced acidity.
Bright pale yellow in colour. Aromas of peach with hints of honey. Citrussy and bright on the palate, with pineapple and tropical fruit flavours. Unoaked, with a long, juicy finish.
Floral and enticing on the nose, exuberantly fresh on the palate with pear drop fruit, a slightly salty edge and underlying minerality. Nicknamed la bomba this is incredibly fruity and concentrated Picpoul - yet still fine and elegant, with a very long finish.
