This is the most delicate of the Devaux Rosé Champagnes with the greater percentage of Chardonnay contributing a firm, elegant freshness to the palate. Fresh red fruit aromas from the Pinot Noir combine with a hint of hazelnut complexity which was encouraged by extended ageing on the lees when in bottle.
A true special occasion Champagne.
A Champagne of exhilarating freshness with toasty and brioche flavours, made from slightly more Pinot Noir than Chardonnay. Straw yellow with fine delightful bubbles. Green apples with a twist of lime on the nose, it follows through to a developed and flavoursome finish.
Shows fine mousse in the glass and attractive pink colour, and it's good fruity stuff with ripe strawberry and vanilla rolling over your tongue. That's enhanced by classic baked biscuit flavours and crisp yeastiness.
A light pink colour with fine and persistent bead, this champagne has a nose of strawberries and raspberries. The palate is rich fine and round with a complex array of aromas, from ripe to candied fruit, hazelnuts and bakery. The finish is long and persistent.
