Pale yellow, green in colour, the 2010 has excellent fresh mineral, nettle and red apple notes on the nose. The palate is round and lively, with excellent citrus acidity balancing the pronounced fruit intensity. It is medium to full bodied, with a rich but dry long finish.
Perfect with most seafood dishes.
