Syrah and Viognier co-fermented and aged in barrel. 'Serica' means 'silk' - and this wine shows lush, rich berry fruit, superb concentration, smokey Syrah character lifted with a lick of creamy oak on the finish. In the 14th Century, production of silk, or sericulture, was as widespread as viticulture in southern France.
Perfect with stews and robust meat dishes.
A delicious medium to full-bodied red with luscious plum and strawberry fruit on the palate. Soft, fruity and very drinkable, yet serious enough to accompany food.
This Wine has lovely rich black cherry fruit on the nose. It's powerful and rich yet also quite juicy. The tannins are crunchy and it's very approachable. Unoaked and full of vibrant fruit and spice.
Vibrant aromas of fresh toasty berry fruits, un-wooded but the wines possesses a richness and depth with a round mouth-feel and long supple mineral finish.
