This wine is light, has a youthful colour and has a fresh lemony perfume on the nose. Clean and fresh, well balanced with the Semillon adding smoothness to the fresh, zingy style of the Chenin Blanc.
Excellent as an aperitif but would also go very well with many seafood dishes.
Good depth of colour, with attractive dark berry fruit on the nose. On the palate it is full-bodied whilst still retaining a youthful freshness. The Malbec adds licquorice and tobacco character to the forward, cassis style of the Cabernet.
Fine , mineral Chenin characters with gentle ripe apple aromas , honeyed aromatics and delicious greengage and citrus lemon acidity on the long finish.
A crisp, dry white wine with a delicate lemon colour, displaying intense floral, guava and citrus aromas and succulent tropical fruit on the palate. Unctuous and mouth filling with a long finish.
