Straw yellow in colour with perfumes of flowers and rich almonds as the wine develops. On the palate it is ripe and full-bodied with a lifted acidity from the high vineyards and lovely depth from the lees ageing.
Superb with any number of chicken and pork dishes.
Spicy overtones with full and rich fruit on the palate. Excellent acidity balances everything out.
This wine displays intense pear, citrus and hints of slatey minerality. On the palate, it is soft and dry, with pleasant acidity, and hints of bread crust and stewed pear, which together create a complete, balanced palate that is elegant, well-structured and fantastic with food.
The Pinot Grigio's floral and spicy aromas give way to ripe apple and stone fruit flavours. Texture is amplified by the employment of partial barrel and malolactic fermentation, creating a depth and roundness of palate.
