A complex nose with plenty of mineral, red fruit and earthy characteristics. It shows richness and freshness, power and finesse. The palate has great texture with full, finely balanced flavours and an extraordinary long, fresh, persistent and captivating finish.
Lighter in colour than some vintages, but still remarkably intense, the 2007 Nuits St Georges has an appealing perfume of ripe blackcurrants and dark berry fruit. Good structure, with ripe tannins and very concentrated fruit character on the palate.
Dark berries on the nose with masses of blackcurrant and blueberry. Very soft and elegant style with ripe tannins, impressive with masses of silky cherry and plum fruit to soothe the palate.
