An aromatic nose with a touch of peach and apricot. On the palate it is sweet and concentrated with a fresh mouthfeel which is not cloying.
Serve chilled with a host of fruit or cream based desserts. Try also blue cheese such as
Dark gold in colour, with an intensely perfumed nose with all the aromas associated with botrytised wines, including marmalade and dried apricots. It is rich and sweet, with more apricot flavours and a clean, refreshing finish which balances the sweetness.
Rich butter scotch and chocolate flavours abound. Very well balanced, the acidity marries with the richness exceptionally well.
Perfumes of citrus, flowers, spice and honey. On the palate it captures the concentrated, pure flavours of the Riesling grape which combines lusciousness with the characteristic refreshing bite at the finish. This fresh acidity balances the lemony richness so it finishes clean and bright.
