Incredible perfume and purity, lime/floral fruit profile balanced by an indelible acidity that cuts across the palate and a superb, long finish.
Great with almost any seafood dish, especially asian cuisine.
The 2010 Grosset Off-dry Riesling has subdued lavender, lemon blossom and fresh herb aromas, while the palate is soft, round and smoothed out by a touch of lingering sweetness, followed by tight and tingly acidity. The finish is taut, ultra-crisp with a whisper of sweetness before the zesty dry grip takes over.
Delicate yet intense with powerful lemon citrus flavours and minerally notes. It is tightly structured, has impressive weight, some plumpness, and zippy acidity on a long, fine dry finish.
This Purist is bright yellow in colour, with notes of peach, pear and apple on the nose. The palate is full but with crisp acidity and a very fine texture that gives a harmonious, elegant length. It has excellent intensity of stone fruit and apple flavours, but finishes dry.
