The second wine from the superb Vina Chocalan. Brilliant ruby red color, with fruit forward aromas of red plums and plentiful red fruit notes on the nose. On the palate the wine is medium bodied with soft tannins, good balance and smooth finish.
An excellent barbecue wine.
Full of blackcurrant and cedar aromas and flavours so typical of its variety. A round weighty palate and an appealing sweetness of fruit on the finish.
Cherry red in colour; fresh, perfumed aromas of ripe plum and berry fruits of Merlot, with cherry and red fruit of Grenache on the nose. The palate is round, with medium to full body and integrated supple tannins; it is juicy, easy to drink, with a touch of spice to the long, fruit-driven finish.
