Pale straw in colour, with greenish lights, the 2006 Condrieu is perfumed and fresh, with notes of violet, peach and apricots. On the palate it is dry and clean, with rich, peachy/apricot fruit characters balanced by a fresh acidity.
Excellent with a whole range of seafood and white dishes.
Clean and fresh on the nose, with a hint of spicy butter from the touch of oak ageing. Good weight on the palate, with a freshness on the finish lifting the ripe, rounded fruit flavours.
Aromas of white flowers such as hawthorn blossom and acacia with delicate flavours of oak. Fine and elegant with a full body, round and rich. Remarkable freshness with all the finesse and richness of the appellation.
Bright, dark ruby in colour with a fine, intense nose, with perfumes of violet, blackcurrants and spicy, herbal notes. On the palate it is concentrated, with a blackcurrant and leather character, well-integrated tannins and a long, spicy finish.
