Typical of what decent Chablis should taste like - not a trace of oak, pungent and flinty on the nose with creamy fruit underneath, this gets richer as the mineral characters give way to riper buttery flavours but then cut back by a long crisp bite.

Bright yellow colour. Precise pear and apple fruit dominate the nose, with hints of wet stone and honey behind. The palate is medium to full, with a complex mix of pear, honey and citrus fruit, and excellent balancing acidity that lasts well onto the finish.

Bright yellow gold colour. Lively grapefruit aromas on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity and elegant, clean, citrus flavours. The finish is fresh, fine and long, combining notes of lemon zest and apple with vanilla, as well as stony, mineral complexity.
