Deep amber in colour, with perfumes of dried fruit on the nose, together with figs, almonds and honey. Rich and velvety in the mouth, although sweet, it is well balanced with good acidity which prevents it from being cloying.
Perfect with Tiramisu and other Italian desserts.
Deep ruby red in colour with perfumes of red rose petals and dried cherries giving way to a dark, black cherry and spice character on the palate with rounded tannins and a characteristic bitter twist. Sweet and luscious but not cloying, it has dried fruit and cinnamon perfumes on the finish.
Stunning elixir in a quarter bottle. Golden yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Lovely nose of apricots, honey, acacia and orange. Smooth honey texture carries lovely notes of apple, orange and pear. Very pleasant, lingering finish with a perfect balance between richness and acidity.
This wine is a fresh young style showing the sweet luscious fruit flavours for which Rutherglen Muscat is famous. Blended from 3 to 5 year old wines, it is fresh and muscaty with strong raisin like flavours.
