Perfect with shellfish and oily seafood.
This old vine Xarel-lo, a variety normally used in Cava production, can also give table wines genuinely interesting flavours. Ripe pear and apple flavours are laced with nutty almond slivers and pine kernel notes, with a hint of fennel. Good acidity and a full, rounded texture lead to a long, nutty finish.
A nose of spicy nettle, a ripe pineapple layer and hints of mango. The palate is rich with minerality, hints of tropical fruit with lime zest acidity. The wine has a lovely texture and intensity.
Intensely powerful ' toasty ' aromatics with ripe melon and pear characters combined with citrus, kiwi and grapefruit on the palate. Wonderfully textural with a broad mouthfeel and exceptionally long finish. A seamless mix of ripe, honeyed fruit, structure and richness.
