TASTING NOTES

Good depth of ruby red with touches of garnet, the Salice Salentino is intensely perfumed, with aromas of cherries and plums, overlaid with perfumes of Mediterranean herbs, particularly thyme and rosemary. Full bodied, with lovely balance between youthful exuberance and rounded, ripe tannins.
