Made by Ant Moore, the former winemaker of Crowded House and Catalina Sounds. Zesty citrus with white stone fruits. Hints of gooseberry rolling into a full layered palate finishing with a lovely balance of texture, weight and clean refreshing finish.
Excellent as an aperitif or with seafood dishes.
Lifted tropical notes of passionfruit and guava balanced by blackcurrant bud and wet stone characters. The palate is typical of the Seaview Vineyard - full with sufficient weight and underlying flinty minerality followed by a long, dry and crisp finish.
The wine has lovely depth and intensity and a Sauvignon pungency that is leavened by an attractive mineral character on both the nose and palate.
The elegant Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is alive with aromas of stone-fruit and minerals with flavours of guava and lime, one sip and you're up, up..and away!
