A medium bodied red with lively aromas of cherries, violets and almonds and a hint of the mossy/ herbacious character typical of Valpolicella. Soft, velvety palate showing a touch of sour cherry and light background oak.
Drink with pasta in a tomato, olive and vegetable or meat sauce smothered in fresh parmesan.
Nice depth of youthful colour, with perfumes of fresh black cherries. On the palate the wine is soft, ripe and rounded, with an attractive freshness which lifts the cherry compote flavours and accentuates its perfume.
Nice depth of colour with a ripe, dark berry nose with perfumes of black pepper and a touch of blueberry. With good weight on the palate, it is approachable and soft, with supple, rounded tannins and ripe fruit. It proves what can be achieved in Verona if yields are contained and the fruit is allowed to achieve full ripeness.
Bright, youthful cherry-red in colour, with open perfumes of ripe, slightly spiced cherries, the characteristic perfume of good young Valpolicella. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied, with sweet, ripe fruit flavours which bolster the juicy, fresh acidity and soft, rounded tannins.
