Intense and deep aromas of ripe and tropical varietal notes. On the palate there is a hint of greeen apple and fresh pineapple followed by buttered toast. The palate is full bodied and well structured.
Great with trout, sole or seafood served in fresh and citrus style sauces. Also good with a cheese fondue!
The 2010 is buttercup yellow in colour. It has aromas of lemon and peach, with a hint of orange zest. The palate is soft, with round, appealing citrus flavours mingling with mango and pear. The acidity is crisp but well-matched by the fruity finish.
Fresh, intense and complex, with mineral aromas and elegant hints of honey and citrus fruits. A touch of oak adds complexity without dominating the fruit and the finish is crisp, dry and flinty with wonderful balance.
