Juicy blueberries and spice follow through on a balanced palate of medium weight, beautifully interlaced subtle biscuity coffee oak. Lingering blueberry finish.
Perfect with roast lamb with garlic and rosemary.
An animated and bright nose showing flashes of black pepper and stone fruits. Rich and full bodied on the palate with flavours of blackcurrant, anise and mixed spice. The palate is multilayered and finishes with supple tannin.
Very good varietal expression with plum, mulberry and blackberry fruit on the nose. Quite deep and brooding with lush blackcurrant laced with dried herbs and spicy vanilla derived from its time in oak. The tannins are persistent but very fine.
A preposterously lush Shiraz from some of the gnarliest vines we have ever seen, produce this dense, dark, brooding and incredibly impressive wine.
