A classic example of the style with fresh citrus fruit flavours and a crisp finish. Drinking beautifully now and will continue to develop for many years to come.
Lovely as an aperitif but also superb with seafood and chicken dishes.
Sourced from the heart of the Eden Valley, the nose offers up nutmeg, lime and the whiff of new bicycle tyres. The palate is light but rich with a pronounced citrus lemon character; the finish is a delicate explosion of powerfully understated candied pineapple. Delicious!
Pale lemon in colour with great delicacy and restraint on the nose with notes of slate and lemon zest. The palate is fine yet supple, and tightly structured with good acidity. Long, lingering citrus flavours at present which should evolve into toasty lemon butter with age.
Delicate floral notes on the nose and relatively restrained. The palate hits you with fleshy stone fruit flavours of apricot and white peach, with just a suggestion of funky mushrooms influenced by the natural yeasts from the vineyard.
