One my favourite types of wine, very dry with pale lime flavours, a hint of fennel and a salty dry finish not too dissimilar to Manzanilla.
Serve really cold with your preferred type of mollusc.
Gently aromatic with subtle aromas of passion fruit and kiwi. It has a structure and minerality suggesting a potential to age.
Fresh, zesty, gently herbal nose with aromas of fresh lime and green apple. Medium-bodied with crisp acidity, white peach and citrus fruit, hints of bitter herbs and white pepper on the finish.
Pale in colour a hint of straw yellow at the rim. Sensuously textured rather than brittle, absolutely bone dry, aristocratic and very poised, with a fascinating savoury, nutty finish.
