The nose shows an astonishing purity and precision, with the unique mineral character of the Talinay terroir and balanced by a rich, creamy bouquet that reveals a magnificent harmony of freshness, fullness and vibrancy ending in a lingering, elegant finish.
Good depth of bright ruby colour, it has perfumes of black cherries and red currants on the nose, with hints of smoke and a little oak. On the palate, the juicy, cherryish fruit is to the fore, with ripe, soft tannins and a clean, succulent finish.
Displays an intense perfumed bouquet of dark fruit and spice character and a brilliant depth of colour. With a deep concentration of fruit and careful structured tannins this wine will develop wonderfully to more complex savoury tones as it matures.
