Aged in barrel this Pinot Noir is not as rich as a Burgundy but has wonderful aromatics and balance between tart cherry flavours and fine acidity, different but delicious.
Excellent with grilled fish or pork chops.
Medium depth with purple hues, the wine has a very open nose already with perfumes of ripe red fruit. On the palate the very smooth fruit is supported by gentle tannins and a touch of spice.
Aromas of crushed red fruit which are characteristic of good Gamay. A good depth of flavour on the palate, with enough structure to balance the wealth of ripe, cherryish fruit.
Very complex with fresh aromas and excellent fruit intensity, full of cherries, strawberries, spices and an earthy note, everything perfectly integrated with the French oak. The palate is fresh, with good acidity, delicate and well balanced with a silky texture. A seductive wine with a long and elegant finish.
