Light gold in colour with a restrained, elegant nose with perfumes of summer flowers, acacia blossom and a touch of honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine is lightly spiced, with notes of vanilla and cinnamon from the judicious oak ageing, supported by buttery, honeyed and floral characters all lifted on the finish by a lively freshness characteristic of this area of Italy.
Excellent with meaty fish, such as monkfish.
Fresh, intense and complex, with mineral aromas and elegant hints of honey and citrus fruits. A touch of oak adds complexity without dominating the fruit and the finish is crisp, dry and flinty with wonderful balance.
The nose shows an astonishing purity and precision, with the unique mineral character of the Talinay terroir and balanced by a rich, creamy bouquet that reveals a magnificent harmony of freshness, fullness and vibrancy ending in a lingering, elegant finish.
Has a very refined nose with notes of white flowers. It is round and delicate in the mouth, with a polished acidity which lends freshness and purity.
