A steely and minerally Sauvignon Blanc with great purity, restraint and elegance. Flavours of elderflower, gooseberry and kiwi fruit are matched by fine acidity and a fresh, long citrus finish.
Wonderful with seafood, grilled asparagus and salads of goats cheese or smoked chicken dishes.
Fresh, crisp aromatics with lifted green fruit, ripe apple and floral aromas. Flavours of greengage, citrus acidity and a fine, mineral finish.
Bright, pale lemon-green. Citrus and tropical fruit aromas are backed by the characteristic herbaceous notes that Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is renowned for. An exuberant wine on the palate brimming with flavours of pineapple, passionfruit, stonefruit and a hint of herbaceousness. The finish is fresh, zesty and lingering.
Grown in an exceptional location for Sauvignon on entirely calcerous soils, with a strong maritime influence. These climatic and soil conditions provide an intense and complex nose, with a clear minerality along with citric notes and herbal hints. On the palate it has impressive volume with perfect acidity which gives great freshness, quality and balance.
