Lifted tropical notes of passionfruit and guava balanced by blackcurrant bud and wet stone characters. The palate is typical of the Seaview Vineyard - full with sufficient weight and underlying flinty minerality followed by a long, dry and crisp finish.
Excellent on its own or with many chicken dishes.
Made by Ant Moore, the former winemaker of Crowded House and Catalina Sounds. Zesty citrus with white stone fruits. Hints of gooseberry rolling into a full layered palate finishing with a lovely balance of texture, weight and clean refreshing finish.
The wine has lovely depth and intensity and a Sauvignon pungency that is leavened by an attractive mineral character on both the nose and palate.
Bright, pale lemon-green. Citrus and tropical fruit aromas are backed by the characteristic herbaceous notes that Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is renowned for. An exuberant wine on the palate brimming with flavours of pineapple, passionfruit, stonefruit and a hint of herbaceousness. The finish is fresh, zesty and lingering.
