Gold yellow, nutty, lightly oxidized aromas with a hint of cherries. Soft and sweet on the palate. Tropical, honeyed flavors of dried guava and ripe pineapple.
It can be drunk as an aperitif at room temperature or over ice, it is also an excellent accompaniment to desserts and cheese.
Pale in colour a hint of straw yellow at the rim. Sensuously textured rather than brittle, absolutely bone dry, aristocratic and very poised, with a fascinating savoury, nutty finish.
