The citric touches to this Sauvignon Blanc work well with all types of sushi and Mediterranean flavours such as goats cheese salad or smoked ham.
On the nose there is a mixture of citric fruit such as grapefruit and lime blended with tropical fruits notes. It also has soft touches of mocha and hazelnut. The palate has sweet characteristics and a pleasant acidity. - ORGANIC
Bright, light straw with youthful greenish hints, the Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and aromatic on the nose, with perfumes of crisp green apples and a twist of lime. On the palate it is clean and zesty, with a light, fine fruit character, hints of tropical fruit and a good, fresh finish.
Pale lemon in colour with greenish lights, this wine has punchy greengage plum and gooseberry aromas with an undercurrent of lemon curd. On the palate it is supple and lithe with a fine core of crunchy acid and vibrant fruit flavours. A clean finish with lingering flavour.
