The nose is elegant with delicate fruity, citrus characters. On palate the gentle minerality mingles with flavours of grapefruit and limes. The wine finished with a very long and complex profile.
Great with rich seafood such as scallops, prawns and crab.
Bright, light straw with youthful greenish hints, the Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and aromatic on the nose, with perfumes of crisp green apples and a twist of lime. On the palate it is clean and zesty, with a light, fine fruit character, hints of tropical fruit and a good, fresh finish.
Grown in an exceptional location for Sauvignon on entirely calcerous soils, with a strong maritime influence. These climatic and soil conditions provide an intense and complex nose, with a clear minerality along with citric notes and herbal hints. On the palate it has impressive volume with perfect acidity which gives great freshness, quality and balance.
Made by Ant Moore, the former winemaker of Crowded House and Catalina Sounds. Zesty citrus with white stone fruits. Hints of gooseberry rolling into a full layered palate finishing with a lovely balance of texture, weight and clean refreshing finish.
