The Cave Tradition Pinot Gris has a lovely perfumed nose with fine floral aromas mixed with a tad of honey and spice; quite full and rich, lightly smoky and nutty with smooth dryish finish.

This wine displays intense pear, citrus and hints of slatey minerality. On the palate, it is soft and dry, with pleasant acidity, and hints of bread crust and stewed pear, which together create a complete, balanced palate that is elegant, well-structured and fantastic with food.

A vibrant coral pink colour gives way to a clean and delicately scented nose that has hints of cherries. On the palate, the wine is soft and rounded and highly drinkable.
