Bodegas Castano Hecula Monastrell 2013

£8.29 - Intense dark red in colour with a youthful rim. On the nose it has perfumes of succulent ripe black fruit with sweet spice and liquorice hints. The oak is well-integrated with the approachable fruit on the palate, giving it a lovely structure. It is balanced and fresh with soft, rounded tannins and a spicy, blackberry finish.
