Bright, youthful raspberry in colour, with perfumes of strawberries and red summer fruits. On the palate it has good weight and a nice balance between juicy fruit and fresh acidity.
Perfect with light chicken dishes and even rich seafood.
An astonishing 2010 cru Beaujolais. Heavenly scents of peonies and irises, ripe texture with hidden depths of character, smooth rich and satisfying. A polished gem.
Aromas of crushed red fruit which are characteristic of good Gamay. A good depth of flavour on the palate, with enough structure to balance the wealth of ripe, cherryish fruit.
The 2010 displays fine, elegant cherry blossom and red berries on the nose, with gentle spice. The palate is concentrated and juicy with underlying tannins to support the ripe fruit of this vintage. It is pure and fresh on the long berry fruit finish.
