Riesling

Riesling is a highly aromatic white grape variety renowned for its elegance, vibrant acidity and remarkable versatility. Originating in Germany, it is now grown in many cool-climate wine regions around the world.

Riesling can produce wines ranging from bone-dry to richly sweet, often displaying flavours of citrus, green apple, peach and apricot, with distinctive floral and mineral notes. With excellent ageing potential and refreshing acidity, Riesling pairs beautifully with seafood, spicy dishes, Asian cuisine and a wide range of cheeses.
