A fine pale-coloured rosé with delicate aromas of pomegranates and raspberry and a distinctive flintiness.
There's finesse and elegance on the palate with flavours of soft red fruits, a gentle silky texture and a lingering fresh acidity on the finish.
On the nose, expect bright citrus notes complemented by subtle stone fruit undertones. The mid-palate reveals layers of wild strawberry and white peach, whilst the mineral character adds complexity and structure.
The wine's crisp acidity provides excellent balance, making it supremely refreshing and food-friendly. A sophisticated expression with excellent length and a clean, dry conclusion.
