A refined white wine displaying classic characteristics of cool-climate fruit. The palate opens with crisp green apple and citrus notes, followed by subtle stone fruit and almond undertones that develop with air. A mineral backbone provides structure and elegance, complemented by restrained oak that adds complexity without overwhelming delicate flavours.
This wine demonstrates excellent ageing potential, with its natural acidity and balanced composition supporting graceful development over 8–12 years. Early cellaring will allow the fruit to evolve into honeyed, brioche like secondary flavours whilst maintaining freshness. Peak drinking begins at 3 years, though patient collectors will be rewarded with increasing depth and integration of flavours as the wine matures.
