Rimauresq Cru Classé Rosé 2025 - 6 x 750ml Bottles Description

On the nose, this Provençal rosé reveals layers of wild strawberry and red currant, interwoven with distinctive garrigue herbs and white flowers. There's a subtle minerality that speaks to the limestone-rich terroir of the Var region.

The palate opens with bright red fruit - cherry and raspberry - balanced by delicate rosehip and pomegranate notes. Gentle spice notes emerge mid-palate, with white pepper and a whisper of anise adding complexity. The wine maintains excellent freshness throughout, with crisp acidity that cleanses and refreshes without dominating.

The finish is the wine's signature: long, silky and refined, with lingering white pepper and a touch of dried herb that echoes the nose. The complexity builds rather than fades, revealing subtle floral notes on the aftertaste.

A wine of real elegance and depth for a dry rosé.

Fantastic as an aperitif or try with salads, grilled fish or salad Nicoise.
