Kaiken Clásico Malbec 2022 Description
A wine of considerable depth and complexity. The initial attack on the palate is marked by vibrant dark fruit - plum and blackberry - layered with subtle earthy undertones. Mid-palate, silky tannins provide structure without heaviness, whilst secondary flavours of dark chocolate and tobacco leaf emerge gracefully.
The finish is clean and persistent, with lingering notes of ripe fruit and a whisper of spice.
Decanting for 30 minutes before service will enhance its aromatic profile and soften the tannin grip further.
Best enjoyed at 16–18°C, this Malbec pairs beautifully with grilled meats, rich stews, and aged cheeses.
