A vibrant sparkling wine displaying rich dark fruit intensity on the nose - blackcurrant, plum, and hints of black pepper meld with delicate floral undertones and a whisper of violets.
The palate reveals layers of ripe blackberry and dark cherry flavours, balanced by fine, persistent bubbles that create a silky, elegant texture. Notes of dark chocolate, subtle oak, and a touch of liquorice provide compelling complexity, whilst vanilla and a hint of liquorice emerge on the finish.
The wine maintains excellent freshness despite its full-bodied character, with a warming spice note - reminiscent of cinnamon and clove - that lingers pleasantly and invitingly.
