Sierra Grande Pinot Noir 2023 Description
On the nose, this Sierra Grande Pinot Noir reveals layers of red cherry and raspberry with hints of forest floor and dried herbs.
The palate opens with silky tannins, delivering flavours of wild strawberry and red plum, complemented by subtle oak spice and a whisper of smoke. Mid-palate shows elegant complexity with notes of cranberry and black tea, while the finish is long and refined, with lingering cherry and a gentle mineral edge that speaks to the wine's terroir.
Very pleasurable on it's own, this would nevertheless be superb with oriental duck salads, or light middle eastern lamb dishes.
