Has aromas of cold salted butter with a gentle veil of white pepper. A generous palate weight with notes of almond skin, salted butter, vanilla and crème fraîche. There is a seam of saline minerality in the long finish.
This wine demonstrates excellent ageing potential, with its balanced acidity and mineral structure providing the foundation for graceful development over the coming years. The interplay of butter and vanilla notes will evolve and deepen, while the saline character will become increasingly refined.
Cellaring for 5–8 years will allow the wine to gain complexity and roundness, rewarding patient collectors with a more integrated and sophisticated expression.
