A delicious mouth watering and delicate Pinot Noir, entirely grown on chalky soil, this wine has a nose of raspberry and hints of spice. The palate has notes of fresh summer fruit, strawberries, raspberries and hint of barrel spice and graphite. All this generosity of flavour is underpinned by regional limestone structure.
This wine demonstrates excellent ageing potential. The bright acidity and mineral backbone provide the framework for graceful development over the coming years. Early drinking reveals vibrant red fruit character, yet the wine's structure suggests it will evolve beautifully, with secondary flavours emerging as it matures. The chalky terroir imparts a natural complexity that rewards patience, allowing the wine to gain depth and refinement in the bottle.
